1. When carrying out disassembly, maintenance and repair work, workers should not wear earrings, watches, necklaces, bracelets and other conductive ornaments to prevent accidents.

2. 在進(jìn)行保養維修熱熔膠涂布機的工作之前，必須先把熱熔膠涂布機械上的電源用戶(hù)及聯(lián)拉外界的總電源給切斷，不得帶電操作。

2. Before maintenance and repair of the hot melt adhesive coating machine, the power user of the hot melt adhesive coating machine and the main power supply of the external coupling must be cut off first, and live operation is not allowed.

3、不要隨便拆卸檢查調整熱熔膠涂布機上之任何零件，除非你對設備性能有足夠了解。

4、除非有其他人員在旁邊協(xié)助，并且在發(fā)生意外，因機械的損壞或人員的受傷時(shí)，可以即刻給于幫助或急救，否則不要單獨對熱熔膠涂布機設備進(jìn)行拆裝與維修。

4. Do not disassemble and repair the hot melt adhesive coater equipment separately unless there are other personnel nearby for assistance and immediate help or first aid can be given in case of accident, mechanical damage or personal injury.

5、只有合格的人員才可以對熱熔膠涂布機進(jìn)行維修保養的工作。

6、在任何情況下,不要隨意觸碰可能暴露于外界的電線(xiàn)接頭或其他有電線(xiàn)聯(lián)接且未松脫之元件。

6. Under any circumstances, do not touch the wire connectors or other components connected by wires that may be exposed to the outside without looseness.

7、拆卸或移動(dòng)熱熔膠涂布機上之保護裝置或更換元器元件之前，必須先切斷電源的供應。

7. Before removing or moving the protective device on the hot melt adhesive coating machine or replacing the element, the power supply must be cut off first.

8、如果可能的話(huà)，盡量站在塑膠毯上進(jìn)行保養維修的工作。千萬(wàn)不要在有淹水的地板或非常潮濕的環(huán)境下對熱熔膠涂布機進(jìn)行維護工作。

8. If possible, try to stand on the plastic blanket for maintenance. Do not carry out maintenance work on the hot-melt adhesive coating machine in a flooded floor or in a very humid environment.

9、對熱熔膠涂布機進(jìn)行維護與維修時(shí)必須穿戴安全手套、護目鏡及長(cháng)袖工作服，避免身體部份被高溫的液態(tài)熱溶膠燙傷，或被高溫的元件表面灼傷。

9. Safety gloves, goggles and long-sleeved work clothes must be worn during the maintenance and repair of the hot melt adhesive coating machine to prevent the body part from being scalded by the hot liquid hot melt adhesive or the surface of the hot element.

10、松脫或安裝壓力接頭時(shí)，必須確定為熱熔膠涂布機提供壓力氣源的壓力已減低至零值。

10. When loosening or installing the pressure joint, it must be ensured that the pressure of the pressure air supply for the hot melt adhesive coater has been reduced to zero.

11、清洗熱熔膠熔膠缸時(shí)，避免使用有焰火或尖銳的硬質(zhì)工具，以免刮傷膠桶內部的鐵氟龍不粘膠涂層。

11. When cleaning the hot melt glue cylinder, avoid using hard tools with fireworks or sharp edges to avoid scratching the Teflon non-stick coating inside the rubber barrel.
