3、丁基膠涂布機為中空玻璃出產(chǎn)的首要必備設備，為半自動(dòng)膠條涂布機，即人工持鋁間隔框進(jìn)行操作，將鋁間隔框放在傳送帶上，人工持鋁間隔框隨傳送帶作業(yè)，當鋁間隔框經(jīng)過(guò)傳感器時(shí)，傳送壓輪及打膠閥將按設定程序自動(dòng)作業(yè)，即氣缸動(dòng)作，壓輪壓下，壓送鋁間隔框進(jìn)行;待鋁間隔框抵達打膠頭時(shí)初步打膠，將膠均勻地涂在鋁間隔框上，當間隔框另一側快要抵達壓輪時(shí)，壓輪抬起，離開(kāi)打膠頭時(shí)，膠閥自動(dòng)間斷打膠。
