Maintenance measures of two-component glue beater in winter
1.每天上班后，要把設備上的鋁（木）屑清算潔凈，特別是設備的傳動(dòng)部位和活動(dòng)部位（例如：導軌，氣缸，任務(wù)面板等）;
1. Clean the aluminium (wood) scraps on the equipment after work every day, especially the transmission parts and moving parts of the equipment (e.g. guide rails, cylinders, task panels, etc.).
2.活期反省設備各部位螺絲，避免呈現松動(dòng)，招致精度誤差和平安事故。
2. Introspect the screw of each part of the equipment on demand so as to avoid loosening and lead to accuracy error and safety accident.
3.活期爲設備各傳動(dòng)軸擦抹較爲濃縮的光滑油（例如：直線(xiàn)導軌）;

4.鋁機選擇油性的切削液，兌水比例適當增加;

5.每天開(kāi)工前反省設備氣路和電磁閥閥體有無(wú)結冰景象，確保氣路遲滯后運用設備。爲防止呈現氣路結冰，一定要做到空氣緊縮機每天放水，改換濾芯等。

6.每天反省電源開(kāi)關(guān)能否正常，電線(xiàn)能否老化，如有成績(jì)，立刻改換。

7.鋁型材.木材等輕拿輕放，避免呈現磕碰，招致設備損壞呈現誤差等。

8.制止戴手套作業(yè)的設備，嚴禁戴手套作業(yè)。不能穿戴圍巾等相似衣物，避免呈現平安事故。
