1 將中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)輕置于安裝位,正確擺放生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)各段的位置次序.

2 機身調平.調整機器底座上調平螺栓高度,使傳送輥、支撐尼龍輪支撐面等高,斜架上的背靠輪共面,各段相對平行,然后鎖緊螺母.

3 將各段間需聯(lián)接的部位聯(lián)接緊固,聯(lián)接好由入料段到清洗干燥段的傳動(dòng)鏈條.正確擺放風(fēng)機及水箱,并按水路、風(fēng)路系統圖接好風(fēng)管、水管.

4 一體檢查機器所有緊固件連接處是否因運輸震動(dòng)而松動(dòng),并逐件緊固(特別是各接線(xiàn)端子連接處是否松動(dòng)).

5 接地線(xiàn)用截面積不小于4平方毫米的軟銅心黃綠絕緣線(xiàn),接地電阻不大于4 歐姆.

6 接通氣源,檢查管路是否通暢,有無(wú)破損.氣源壓力要求0.6~0.8Mpa.

7 接通電源,試驗各電機的旋轉方向是否正確,各段傳動(dòng)鏈輪是否靈活、平穩.

8 整機清潔,整理工作區間.
