The two-component gluing machine is a special equipment for the production of hollow and curtain wall glass. It can complete the mixing and gluing of a and B components in the secondary seal at one time. It is an ideal matching equipment for large-scale production of high-quality insulating glass and glass curtain wall products. So what problems should we pay attention to when using it?
1.由于雙組份密封膠的固化需要一定時(shí)間，因此，已涂了雙組份密封膠的玻璃應水平輕輕搬動(dòng)。
1. As the curing of the two-component sealant takes a certain time, the glass coated with the two-component sealant should be moved horizontally and gently.
2.A組、B組份膠應保持清潔，嚴防異物進(jìn)入膠中。
2. The glue of group A and component B should be kept clean, and foreign matters should be strictly prevented from entering the glue.

3.在連續工作過(guò)程中，膠槍每次停止工作時(shí)間一般不得超過(guò)20分鐘，否則，應用A組份膠沖出全部混合膠，直至單一的A組份膠從槍口排出為止。
3. In the process of continuous operation, the stop time of glue gun should not exceed 20 minutes each time. Otherwise, all the mixed glue should be flushed out with component a until the single component a glue is discharged from the muzzle.
4.高壓膠管不得強行擠壓、彎曲，防止影響系統正常工作。

5.混膠器應經(jīng)常保持暢通，以保證良好的出膠效果。如遇堵塞情況，可用丙酮浸泡后清洗。建議每5組清洗一次。
5. The mixer should always be kept smooth to ensure good glue output. In case of blockage, it can be cleaned after soaking in acetone. It is recommended to clean every 5 groups.
6.當膠槍長(cháng)時(shí)間不用時(shí)（超過(guò)一周），應拆下槍體使用溶劑將膠槍和混膠器內的殘留膠體清洗干凈。
6. When the glue gun is not used for a long time (more than a week), the gun body should be removed and the residual colloid in the glue gun and the glue mixer should be cleaned with solvent.
7.不同雙組份膠生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家所生產(chǎn)的膠內含雜質(zhì)數量不同，根據實(shí)際情況清晰B組分的過(guò)濾網(wǎng)及單向止回閥，建議每?jì)山M清洗一次。
7. The amount of impurities in the rubber produced by different two-component rubber manufacturers is different. According to the actual situation, the filter screen and one-way check valve of component B should be clear. It is recommended to clean every two groups.
8.任何因膠體固化所造成的膠槍、管路或整機的故障，一律不在保修范圍之內。
8. Any failure of glue gun, pipeline or whole machine caused by colloid solidification is not covered by warranty.
9.定期給各泵的加油口加油，應保證油霧器內不斷油。
9. Add oil to the oil filler of each pump regularly, and ensure that there is no oil in the atomizer.
